Egusi Soup & Garri Fufu

Eru is prepared from finely chopped eru leaves, cooked with palm oil, beef or goat meat, dried shrimp, spices, and traditional seasonings. Garri fufu is made from cassava flour processed into a smooth dough and served hot.
